Women’s Cell

The Women’s Cell at Nirmalagiri College was set up with a view to instill positive self-esteem and confidence in the female community and thereby to equip them to be responsible to themselves and to the society around them. It strives to empower them by increasing their awareness on women’s rights and to foster their leadership skills. Above all it seeks to foster solidarity among women so that they could be of mutual support to each other, thereby facilitating the development of the entire community.
